JET ME TO THE VIP SWEEPSTAKES - OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE

PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES REQUIRES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER (SEE #9 BELOW). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU MUST NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

1. Sweepstakes Period: The Jet Me to the VIP Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 26, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents, physically located in one of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 21 years of age as of the date of entry (“Entrant”). If you do not meet the above eligibility requirements, do not enter this Sweepstakes. Employees of Pro Athlete Community, Inc. and HEC Jets, LLC (collectively, “Sponsor”), and any of their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers, prize providers and promotion partners, and advertising and promotion agencies associated with the Sweepstakes, including Don Jagoda Associates (“Administrator”) (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) or household members are not eligible. “Immediate family members” means spouses, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and their respective spouses. “Household members” means people who share the same residence at least three months a year. Void outside of the 48 contiguous U.S., DC and where prohibited or restricted by law or otherwise. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner.

3. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to earn Entries (defined below) into the Sweepstakes, as follows:

A)“Purchase Entry”: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit jetmetothevip.com and complete a qualified purchase of $25 - $600 USD (including providing information such as name, mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), phone number, and email address) (“Qualified Purchase”). Upon completion of the Qualified Purchase, Entrant will automatically earn one (1) entry (“Purchase Entry”) into the Sweepstakes for each dollar of the completed Qualified Purchase (excluding sales tax), up to $600. If a Qualified Purchase is returned prior to the Sweepstakes drawing (as outlined in #4 below), any corresponding Purchase Entries related to the returned Qualified Purchase will be voided.

B)“Mail-in Entry”: To earn Entries into the Sweepstakes without making a Qualified Purchase, hand print your full name, complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, telephone number with area code, and date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy) on a 3”x5” notecard and mail it in a hand-addressed, business size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed to: Jet Me to the VIP Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7777, Melville, NY 11775-7777 (“Mail-In Entry”). Upon Sponsor’s receipt of the Mail-In Entry, Entrant shall receive sixty (60) Entries into the Sweepstakes. Only one (1) Mail-In Entry per envelope. Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by January 2, 2025 and received by January 10, 2025 to be eligible.

“Purchase Entry” and “Mail-In Entry” are hereinafter referred to collectively as “Entry” or “Entries”. LIMIT OF SIX HUNDRED (600) ENTRIES PER PERSON DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY OR COMBINATION OF METHODS OF ENTRIES. Entries received in excess of this limitation will be void. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of Entries by using multiple/different accounts, devices, identities, registrations and logins, and/or any other method(s) will void all of that Entrants Entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified. Automated Entries are prohibited and use of any automated or computer system to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification if detected. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or mistranscribed Mail-in Entries. Internet access and usage charges imposed by Entrant’s online service may apply. If participating via mobile device, standard phone data rates and usage charges imposed by Entrant’s phone service provider may apply. All Entries shall become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder (defined below) of the e-mail address associated with the Entry. “Authorized Account Holder” means the person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Entrants must complete all required information to be eligible to enter. Incomplete, illegible, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection/Odds: The Administrator, an independent judging agency, will select the name of one (1) potential winner (“Potential Winner”) in a random drawing to be held on or about January 15, 2025 from among all eligible Entries postmarked/received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible Entries postmarked/received during the Sweepstakes Period.

5. Winner Notification/Verification: On or about January 16 2025, Potential Winner will be notified by email sent to the email address provided by Entrant in connection with the Entry (“Notification”). Except where legally prohibited, Potential Winner will also be sent a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release along with any other documents as may be required by Sponsor in its sole discretion (collectively, “Declaration”) via an email link, and Potential Winner will be required to complete and sign the Declaration via electronic signature within twenty-four (24) hours of Notification or prize may be forfeited. The Potential Winner is solely responsible to monitor the email address provided in connection with the Entry for receipt of the Notification and Declaration. If (i) the Potential Winner fails to complete or return the completed Declaration within twenty-four (24) hours of Notification, (ii) the Notification or Declaration is returned to Sponsor as “undeliverable,” (iii) despite reasonable efforts, the Potential Winner cannot be contacted via email or telephone, or (iv) the Potential Winner is ineligible or disqualified for any reason (including failure to comply with these Official Rules) or declines to accept the prize prior to issuance, Potential Winner will be deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be selected and notified based on the above procedures. There will be up to three (3) alternate drawings to secure the Potential Winner, after which the prize may go unawarded.

The Released Parties (as defined in #8, below) shall have no liability for any prize Notification that is lost, intercepted or otherwise not received by any Potential Winner for any reason, and assume no responsibility for undeliverable emails, including but not limited to those resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a Potential Winner’s Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in Potential Winner’s email account to receive email. Sponsor (or a party designated by Sponsor) reserves the right to conduct a background check on the Potential Winner and their travel companion (as defined in #6 below) and require such parties to complete the necessary background check consent, publicity release, and disclosure forms. Based on the results of the background check for Potential Winner and/or travel companion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify Potential Winner and/or not allow travel companion to accompany Potential Winner, if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding the Prize to Potential Winner and/or allowing their travel companion to accompany them might reflect negatively on Sponsor. Factors that would result in such disqualification or ineligibility may include, without limitation, conviction of a felony or misdemeanor or delinquency on a government-ordered payment, such as child support, spousal support, alimony, tax payments, etc. AN ENTRANT IS NOT THE WINNER OF THE PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Once Potential Winner has complied with all of the conditions herein, and their eligibility has been verified, they will be declared the official “Prize Winner” of the Sweepstakes.

6. Prize (“Prize”) and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): One (1) prize will be available to be awarded: A 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to New Orleans, LA from February 7, 2025 to February 10, 2025 that includes (i) round-trip private jet air transportation for two (2) people (Prize Winner and one (1) travel companion) to New Orleans from a Sponsor-specified airport in reasonable proximity to Prize Winner’s residence (“Outbound Airport”), (ii) round-trip ground transportation between airport in New Orleans and hotel, (iii) a 3-night stay (double occupancy) at a hotel designated by Sponsor, (iv) $10,000 cash prize (awarded in the form of a check in the name of Prize Winner), (v) entry for Prize Winner and their travel companion into the PAC VIP Party in New Orleans, and (vi) $65,400 (awarded in the form of a check in the name of Prize Winner to be paid in December 2025) to help offset taxes assessed to Prize Winner (collectively, the “Prize”). The ARV of the Prize is $283,400.

Prize Restrictions: Prize Winner and travel companion must be available to travel and accept Prize from February 7, 2025 through February 10, 2025 or Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Certain travel restrictions may apply.

The stated ARV of the Prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor. Actual retail value of the Prize may vary, dependent upon airport of departure. If Prize Winner resides within a 100 mile-radius of New Orleans, LA, Sponsor reserves the right to offer substitute round-trip ground limousine transportation to/from Prize Winner’s residence and the hotel in lieu of air transportation. Any difference between actual retail value and ARV will not be awarded.

Air transportation carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Prize Winner’s travel companion must be at least 21 years of age and must execute and return a liability/publicity release and authorization for a background check prior to travel. Prize Winner and their travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. If Prize Winner elects to participate in the Prize travel without a travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded. Prize Winner and travel companion are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.

All other expenses and costs not expressly listed herein as included in the Prize, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, entertainment, meals, transfers, and ground transportation to and from Prize Winner’s residence and Outbound Airport are Prize Winner’s sole responsibility.

Prize Winner agrees that Sponsor may require Prize Winner and their travel companion to participate in a photo/video shoot and/or that Sponsor may record, videotape and/or photograph any and all aspects of Prize Winner and/or their travel companion’s receipt of and participation in the Prize (“Footage”) and that by accepting the Prize/traveling, Prize Winner understands that Sponsor may or may not use the Footage in any way Sponsor sees fit as related to the Sweepstakes and its advertising or otherwise.

Prize Winner and travel companion must comply with all hotel check-in requirements, and will be required to provide a valid major credit card or other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check-in. All in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals, and any other expenses charged to Prize Winner’s hotel room will be charged to such form of payment. Sponsor is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from Prize Winner’s or travel companion’s change to itinerary or accommodations. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by Sponsor’s air transportation of choice. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air transportation or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. The passenger contracts in use by the air transportation company shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to Prize Winner and their travel companion’s transportation, and such contracts shall be solely between Prize Winner, their travel companion and such transportation company. Prize Winner and his/her travel companion must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid government issued photo ID) to travel. Sponsor will not be responsible for acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, pandemics, or any natural disaster outside of their control that may cause the cancellation of Prize trip, and ultimately these Official Rules will govern in any of these cases. Prize Winner and their travel companion agree to follow any applicable COVID protocols at time of travel.

The actual retail value of the Prize awarded to Prize Winner will be reported for tax purposes, as required by law. Because the Prize is valued at $600 or more, Prize Winner must provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or tax identification number before the Prize will be awarded, for tax reporting purposes, and Prize Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 form in the mail for the actual retail value of the Prize received, to be processed in the calendar year in which they receive the Prize. All federal, state, and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein as being provided as part of the Prize are Prize Winner’s sole responsibility.

In the event Prize Winner or their travel companion engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Prize trip early, in whole or in part, and send Prize Winner and/or travel companion home with no further obligation and/or compensation whatsoever to Prize Winner and/or travel companion (which may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in such Prize Winner’s disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of the Prize (or any portion(s) thereof)). In the event Prize Winner and/or their travel companion engages in behavior during travel or participation in any component of the Prize that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subjects Prize Winner or travel companion to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by Prize Winner or travel companion as a result of such conduct. In the event that Prize Winner or their travel companion consumes alcoholic beverages during the Prize trip or while participating in any Prize-related activities, they do so at their own discretion and risk and agree to hold the Released Parties (as defined in #8) harmless from all liabilities, damages and third-party claims arising out of or related to such consumption. SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF PRIZE WINNER’S OR TRAVEL COMPANION’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.

Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, and Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prize or components thereof. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No substitution, assignment or transfer of Prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason.

7. General Rules: Incomplete, corrupted, illegible, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged or misdirected Entries/Notifications/or other documents; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer/phone equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of the same by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and in the event of cancellation, the Prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received in accordance with these Official Rules prior to cancellation. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW; SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the process for entering the Sweepstakes, any website associated with the Sweepstakes, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to have violated the Official Rules; or, to have acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect Entries and (i) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (ii) award the Prize at random from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received in accordance with these Official Rules up to the time of the impairment.

8. Releases; Limitations of Liability; Publicity: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that each of the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Sweepstakes; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, INCLUDING ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID WEBSITE, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE PRIZE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO TRAVEL CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH SITE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING ANY WEBSITE AND THE PRIZE, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES PRIZE WINNER’S (AND, AS APPLICABLE, TRAVEL COMPANION’S) GRANT TO SPONSOR (WHICH GRANT(S) WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR), AND THE RELEASED PARTIES THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLDWIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, PRIZE WINNER’S (AND, AS APPLICABLE, TRAVEL COMPANION’S) ENTRY, NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, OPINIONS, INCLUDING FOOTAGE AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HOMETOWN AND STATE), FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THEIR NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION. NOTHING CONTAINED HEREIN SHALL BE DEEMED TO OBLIGATE SPONSOR TO MAKE USE OF ANY OF THE RIGHTS GRANTED HEREIN, AND PRIZE WINNER AND TRAVEL COMPANION WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO INSPECT OR APPROVE ANY SUCH USE OF ANY AND EVERY NATURE AND KIND.

9. Dispute Resolution: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that: (i) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Dade County, Florida. (ii) THE REMEDY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; (iii) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANTS BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANTS HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; (iv) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANTS IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.

10. CHOICE OF LAW: THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ENTRANT AND SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA WITHOUT RESPECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW PRINCIPLES THAT WOULD RESULT IN THE APPLICATION OF ANY LAW OTHER THAN THAT OF FLORIDA, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN FLORIDA.

Data Collection; Privacy: Sponsor collects personal information from Entrants when they enter the Sweepstakes (and for if they are deemed the Potential Winner of the Sweepstakes) for use in administration of the Sweepstakes. Any personal information sent to, shared with, or collected by Sponsor or Administrator in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to the Privacy Policy located at jetmetothevip.com/privacypolicy. Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, or service providers may use an Entrant’s personal information submitted with Entry for future marketing by Sponsor, such as to notify them of a promotion that Sponsor thinks may be of interest, but only if Entrant provides affirmative consent to such use at the time of submitting Entry (when applicable). Entrants can opt-out of such consent at any time.

12. Winner: To receive Prize Winner’s name by email, available for ninety (90) days after February 7, 2025, send an email to: winners@dja.com with Jet Me to the VIP Sweepstakes Winner and 11-2944-01 as the subject line. Identification of Prize Winner will be sent after Prize has been awarded.
